They are found corresponding through fake letterheads and bogus mail addresses of @cipla.com domain name, making job offers and appointment letters using the details of Cipla India.
Cipla India strictly follows a formal recruitment process through its own HR department and does not outsource interviews or selection of prospective employees to any individuals or agencies. No security deposit or fees (refundable or non-refundable) are required at any stage of the recruitment process.
